Photovine new way of sharing photos
Google has recently launched a marvelous social networking site ‘Google+‘ which is very much on the edge of giving a cut to cut competition to Facebook and Twitter as I have been saying it. Google has launched a new service which enables you to share photos online called “Photovine“.

Photovine is offered by Slide (part of Google Inc.), fun way to learn more about your friends, meet new people and share your world like never before. I am loving the tag line also, as they say “Plant a photo, watch it grow”. Woohoo!!
For now Photovine is a invite only. You can get your invite here.
What I see here in Photovine privacy policies is
Photovine may be used in connection with social networking services (“SNS”) not operated by us; you may, for instance, be able to connect your account with an SNS to us. Depending on the SNS’s policies, we may collect certain information about you from your account on the SNS (such as gender, age, occupation, hobbies, interests, zip code, contacts, or other information you have provided to the SNS) or about your activity on the SNS.
Now that makes me think about getting this service integrated with Social Networks like Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc and becoming a competitor to Flickr.
