Google unveils Google Music Beta
On one hand Microsoft just acquired the video chat giant Skype for $8.5 billion and on a parallel basis Google has finally launched its music service.

On Tuesday at Google I/O, the unveiled Google Music Beta. Currently, that site is invite-only, but users will be added to the platform soon. Currently the site only available to United States. The product is “free for a limited time”. Also note that only Google can send you a Google music invite, so don’t get into any kind of engagements offering you some invites. They might be fooling around you.

Major feature you will get to see in Google Music are-
- It will run on all Android tablets and mobiles
- Create custom playlists
- Edit track info, get play counts, etc.
- Music will be available when you’re offline, too
- Users can upload and store songs to a cloud-based directory
- Users can wirelessly and automatically sync playlists from the web to connected devices and vice versa
