Google’s new Flight Search

google flight search

After playing around with trains, buses schedules with Google Transit, now Google came with a service for flights. Google Flights is not a separate application, but it is embedded in Google Search only just to make it a lot easier for us to have quick look on flight schedules. This was announced on Friday by Google’s Inside Search blog

What all you need to do is-

  • Type “flights from <source city> to <destination city> in the Google search window. And hit enter.

Yeah its as simple as this. Suppose for an instance I want to travel from ‘Mumbai’ to ‘Dubai’. I will simply do the following.

google flights

And you’ll get a long list of flights when you click on the resulting drop-down list.

I am loving this, hope you like it too :)
